Global Brand Naming Coordinator
In this position... Drive the successful implementation of Global Brand Nomenclature processes through extensive collaboration with key teams such as Product Marketing, Communications, FordPro, Integrated Services, Model e, and Lincoln. This critical role demands exceptional communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills to ensure flawless execution and deliver a best-in-class customer experience. The goal of the Global Brand Nomenclature Team is to support the master brand of Ford by applying strategic principles to naming of products, services, experiences, features, and plethora other requests. Naming is an art and requires discipline in implementing naming process with stakeholders. What you'll do... + Program Management: Tracking, planning, execution, and ongoing administration of the naming process, including communication and coordination with stakeholders + Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across various departments aligning on key + Ford Legal Trademark Team Engagement: Interface with legal team for naming clearance requests. + Reporting & Analysis: Create and manage weekly/monthly executive-level reporting on naming project status (new requests, ideations, clearance, approvals and docusigns) + Digital Tool Support: Collaborate with Global Brand team on utilizing Monday.com to develop digital tools for new name requests, nomenclature dictionary, content creators and executive level visbility + Best Practices & Training: Develop best practices, naming guidelines and training materials for stakeholders + Governance: Implementing naming governance guidelines dictated by the Financial Approval Letter of Authority for Intellectual Property.We are seeking an individual who exemplifies the core leadership behaviors of Focus, Collaboration, and Excellence.
