**Job Description:**
• Managing large complex client facing projects that may span 1 – 3 years
• Ensure ongoing progress relative to project milestones. Identifying and solving for project issues and risks. Ensure tracking to key project metrics. i.e., schedule, quality, financials
• Working with clients to make challenging and complex business and technical needs easy to understand and solvable
• Develop a thorough understanding of existing and new payment product solutions in order to translate to an understandable format to garner client interest
• Ideation – collaborate with Tech and Business in order to facilitate accelerated decision-making while ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions
•Responsible for supporting the activities related to product retirements and end-of-life along with, execution for products and services specific to how our Global Banking clients interact with Bank of America.
•Participate and support End of Life (EOL) activities for Global Banking merchants including partnership with Project Leads on platform, gateway and product migrations
•Interact with clients to understand their challenges and opportunities for future product roadmap initiatives
•Understand and deliver requirements from clients on product development projects
•Lead & support the innovation on next generation of product and services geared towards how merchants will interact with the bank.
•Execute on strategy and partner with bank stakeholders like our Product Platform, Business Engineering, Tech, Commercialization and Servicing teams on new product launches and enhancements.

•Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, including End-to-end ownership of assigned tasks, initiatives and projects
•Demonstrates flexibility and openness to new ideas and to change; adapts to changing environments, situations, and job responsibilities
•Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills - including P&L management and data driven business case development
•Skills to engage in projects which integrate multiple facets of the business and various business partners experience
•Product execution and operational experience
•Fundamental understanding of finance/financial performance reporting
•Ability to communicate effectively with executives; solid executive presence
•Analytical problem solver and the ability to work as an individual as well as a member of a team
•Ability to develop rapport easily with executives, peers and partners
•Effective time management and prioritizing skills. Ability to demonstrate initiative and problem solving with minor direction
•Ability to adapt well to change or changing priorities based on the needs of the business
•Effective organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects
•Strong proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
**Desired Skills:**
- 8+ years of Merchant Services and/or Payments experience and knowledge
-Technical experience in Merchant Acquiring with a strong understanding of acquiring architecture and technology
- Bachelor’s degree or comparable professional experience
- Product Strategy experience
- Consultative and problem solving background
- Technical Skills for BI Reporting tools - Tableau, Alteryx, Qlikview, etc
