With the scale of our 2500 marketing community - alongside our leading-edge Category Growth Organization Academy - your opportunities to grow and upskill will be extensive. **About the role** The GABM will play a pivotal role in leading brand development for VMS portfolio in China. Based out of Shanghai, this role will play a key part in building long-term strategy for VMS, sustainable innovation pipeline and will involve working closely with our JV partner to drive execution of strategy and in market launch of innovations **Your responsibilities** + Identify new opportunities and rising trends to leverage and grow VMS in China + Identify and develop innovation pipeline based on consumer/ shopper insights. + Identify new product development opportunities for business and work with local brand team for implementation. **The experience we're looking for** + Primary qualification – Graduate ,desired degree in (Marketing or Business ) from a premier college/university + 2+ years of marketing experience with exposure in Brand Marketing Management and innovation + Prior experience includes working with cross-functional teams. + Consumer focused with a strong awareness of the brand and target consumer. + Creative, analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. + Ability to deal with ambiguity and work in unstructured environment + Results oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivated + Fluency Mandarin mandatory – both spoken and written + Good level of communication in English – both spoken & written **What we offer** With inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way.
