MIQA compliance is DuPont’s right to operate for Mechanical Integrity. Reliability and Maintenance Excellence provides the Maintenance Management work processes to drive discipline and improvements in Maintenance and Reliability. The leader will partner with the sites to drive process improvements that will result in Best-in-Class performance and results. This role will have a strong focus on overall Operational Excellence including Industry 4.0, Lean/Six Sigma, and other Operational Excellence areas of focus as needed. **Key Responsibilities** + Values and drives the DuPont Core Values (Safety and Health, Respect for People, Highest Ethical Behavior and Protecting the Planet) and sets the example through consistent communications and behaviors + Leads, develops and engages team in the strategic direction and priorities to meet performance expectations; builds capabilities within the team through experiences, opportunities and development + Establishes and drives the strategic direction and initiatives for Reliability and Maintenance Excellence for Integrated Operations aligned to the strategic needs of the enterprise; collaborates with business and functional leaders to identify needs and build alignment + Uses metrics, including Maintenance costs as a percent of ERV, to manage performance and ensure compliance with MIQA (Mechanical Integrity Quality Assurance) requirements and support to sites (Audits, reviews, networks) + Collaborates with site with critical and sold-out assets to enable world class OEE performance + Promote networking and detect best practices and synergies through the Global Reliability and MIQA networks. + Engages business and COE leadership through the Asset Reliability Counsel to build alignment, demonstrate value, learnings and opportunities + Partners with Plant Leaders to provides RCA expertise in tools and methodology globally to continuously improve operations **Qualifications** + **Educational Background:** Bachelors in engineering required + **Professional Experience:** 10 years of experience in Manufacturing environment + **Technical Proficiency:** Experience with Reliability and Maintenance and MIQA preferred + **Change Management Understanding:** Experience with Management of Change (MoC), including technical reviews of site MoC processes. + **Leadership Skills:** Balanced leadership in developing Strategy, driving Execution and exhibiting Inspiration. Proven ability to influence at all organizational levels and demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills. The Pay range for this role is $144,200.00 - $226,600.00 Annual **How Base Pay is Determined:** DuPont has job leveling frameworks that help organize roles based on progressive levels of responsibility, proficiency and qualifications.
