Global Alliance Senior Ticketing Specialist


Location: Szentendre. Hybrid (2 days per week in office)

Our new colleague will be the Regional Service Engineering Operation interface to the Ford Volkswagen Alliance (FVA) Project Team, being responsible for Program Management, representing Ford in discussions and agreements with the partner and stakeholders, representing VW within Ford and acting as a Single Point of Contact for any concerns both product and process. 

 

University or College Degree, preferably in engineeringProven track record in project management Experience with ticketing systems (preferably in Jira)Dashboard creation and data visualization experienceFluent written and spoken EnglishDemonstration of strong leadership, initiative and negotiation skills Highly effective communication, project management practice and commercial acumen

 

*Please note that occasionally flexible working hours may be required due to meetings with international stakeholders

 

Preferred Skills:

German knowledge is a strong advantageExperience working with Agile development approachTechnical knowledge, automotive experienceProcess and results focused

General activities:

Coordination of all Customer Service Engineer (CSE) technical and commercial interface activities relating to Ford Alliance projects with regards to workshop manuals, owner guides, service tools, training, diagnostics, service parts. Lead tracking and delivery of all CSE activities for each product streamMaintain ongoing business relationship with Joint Venture Partner (VW) at the working levelSupport the development and implementation of a change management control process between Ford and Project partnerLiaise with respective project leads (Product Development, Customer Service Engineering, Electrified Powertrain Engineering etc)Ensuring compliance with VW requirements.Liaising with Joint Venture Partner (VW) to support serviceability trials, damageability reviews and competitive benchmarking, as required.Supporting efforts to ensure the timely delivery, completeness and accuracy of new model program service deliverables for region in line with the Joint Venture Partner (VW) agreements.Track FVA fault ticket turnaround by creating and maintaining reports and dashboards & report out to Ford Senior ManagementSupporting and participating in the regularly scheduled global program team meetings to ensure continuous communication amongst the team members to provide a single aligned voice for Aftersales to the Program Team. Ensuring compliance with Service Engineering Requirements for region.  Support the Global Lead Program Manager with all communications, escalations and approvals for region, as necessary.

Ticketing activities:

Supporting Ford Volkswagen Alliance (FVA) Ticketing Service (Jira system)Maximize uptime by improving FVA technical support response times Look for improvement opportunities to optimize and enhance the ticketing process Continuously enhance JIRA AS user trainings and onboarding process
