CGI's Global Alliance team is passionate about crafting strategic offerings and partnerships, working across industries to shape the strategic direction and growth of CGI. As a Global Alliance Business Development Operations Specialist, you will take direction from the Global Alliances Leader. The role will support the AWS Global Alliance Managers (GAM) in their functions of leading our AWS alliance. This individual will play a critical role by delivering valued-added information and leveraging our AWS alliance benefits to their full extent. CGI will give preference to candidates in Fairfax, VA (or other East Coast CGI office locations), Montreal and Toronto. Candidates proximate to a CGI office in the US or Canada will be considered. **Your future duties and responsibilities:** Primarily responsible for supporting CGI’s go to market and business development activities with the AWS Global Alliance. Primary focus will be in North America with concentration on Canada and the US. Key functions include administration of the CGI AWS Partner Central account including Deal Registration, Deployment Reporting, Competency Pursuit and Program Benefit Management. Key responsibilities include: • Working with our Global AWS Alliance in managing and administering the AWS partner programs. • Working closely with the AWS GAMs to develop, optimize and maintain key reports on certifications, pipeline, incentives and ad hoc requests. • Develop a deep understanding of our AWS Alliances programs and available incentives. • Supporting key alliance engagement functions including deal registration, deployment registration, inbound lead management and other sales enablement functions available in the AWS Partner Central portal. • Assisting CGI IP Solution and Service Offering teams with the onboarding of offering to AWS alliance partner marketplace. • Cleaning and maintaining CGI’s profiles, payment data and tax profiles on the AWS partner portals. • Facilitating incentives management, claims and payment redistribution. • Tracking the availability, attribution and expiry of various benefits on the AWS Partner Central portal. • Ensuring our internal data is as accurate as possible against our AWS Global Alliances data. • Working with the AWS SBU Alliance Leads and GAM to identify opportunities to leverage more benefits from our AWS Alliance. **Required qualifications to be successful in this role:** Past experience working with AWS as an alliance partner with specific experience in the detailed administration of the AWS Partner Central portal. This is an essential skill. Overall understanding the AWS alliance partner program including deal reporting, program benefit management. Ability to coordinate joint GTM activities including awareness and demand generation campaigns working closely with client account teams based on agreed joint target accounts. • Experience working with Partners/Alliances programs and portals. • Strong Office Suite skills. • Curious mindset. • Results-oriented with a consistent track record of successful delivery. • Strong teamwork and collaboration. • Agile thinking and working. • Must be team oriented comfortable working in a highly decentralized organization. Other Information: CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $69,700.00 - $195,200.00.
