As the Global Additive Technology Center Leader, you’ll lead the development of innovative additive manufacturing processes that improve how industrial products are designed, built, and delivered—with greater speed and precision. You’ll guide a talented team and work closely with product development groups, external partners, and our Global Additive Manufacturing Center to bring innovative ideas to life.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Set the vision and direction for metal-based additive manufacturing technologies, keeping Emerson at the forefront of this rapidly evolving field Partner with internal teams to move new additive technologies from concept to production, improving product quality, speed, and cost-efficiency Build and maintain a vibrant R&D ecosystem focused on applying the latest additive technologies across our product lines Collaborate with product teams to create designs that leverage the unique strengths of additive manufacturing, while safeguarding Emerson’s intellectual property Guide Emerson’s additive manufacturing standards, working with industry bodies and internal stakeholders to influence and adopt best practices Lead, mentor, and grow a skilled team of engineers and technicians who support additive adoption across Emerson Contribute to the Global Additive Manufacturing leadership team and help drive global implementation efforts Who You Are:

For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Materials, or Manufacturing 5+ years of experience leading technical teams   Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: Experience developing technical strategy and guiding innovation Familiarity with ASTM, ASME, or other industry standards (experience with standards committees is a plus) Ability to build partnerships across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain functions Comfortable navigating a global matrixed organization Skilled at identifying both technical and business opportunities for new technology Our Culture & Commitment to You:
