Job Summary:
The Global Account Quality Manager offers a unique opportunity to engage directly with data center customers, leading quality efforts that shape their experience with Caterpillar. You'll build strong relationships, influence outcomes, and play a key role in ensuring Caterpillar is seen as a responsive and customer-focused partner.

What You Will Do:

Lead all aspects of Quality required to deliver on goals by securing win/win outcomes for Caterpillar and our global data center customers.

Manage and meet Electric Power Division (EPD) quality and commissioning goals for assigned Data Center account(s)

Develop and maintain necessary processes and tools to ensure customers view Caterpillar and Cat Dealers "easy to do business with"

Manage Issues in Customer Quality Portal

Develop and Maintain Internal Quality Portal to track and prioritize issues

Support Quality onboarding processes for Cat Facilities, Dealers, and Strategic Suppliers.

Lead customer quality and social audits of Caterpillar Facilities, Dealer Operations, and Strategic Suppliers as part of the customer qualification processes.

Work with people from many different backgrounds and cultures, internally and externally, with the appropriate influence and ability to resolve differences. Good human relations skills are required to develop a collaborative/cooperative work relationship with Caterpillar partners and customers

What Will Help Set You Apart:

An Engineering degree

Engineering, Project Management, Supplier Development, Quality, or Product Support experience

Significant Power Generation experience

Additional Information:

This position can sit in Lafayette, IN, Griffin, GA or Dallas, TX.

Relocation assistance is not offered for this position.

Domestic travel up to 25% & minimal international travel is required.

This position requires 5 day on-site availability.

Summary Pay Range:

$144,960.00 - $217,320.00

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
