Global Account Owner
The Global Account Owner is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive sales plan that includes new and existing sales strategies for key accounts. They play a lead role in driving a cross-regional sales team and internal employees to penetrate key accounts and aggressively expand relationships.

General Responsibilities • Gathers detailed information about accounts • Identifies decision-makers • Understands strategic business challenges and priorities • Manages team with analyzing information and prioritizing opportunities critical to accounts • Manages professional sales coordination and account planning and resolves possible account ownership issues • Manages proposals, account or market plans, and forecast/report sales activity • Manages sales teams consisting of both direct and indirect reports Experience / Qualifications • A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience. • Ability to lead, coach, and develop team members • Holds self and others accountable to achieving goals and standards • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to handle multiple competing tasks and demands • Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation • Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results • Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) • Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers
