Global - Account Manager
**Job summary** The Global Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing key client relationships within a hybrid work model. With a focus on CRM-Sales the candidate will leverage their extensive experience to drive client satisfaction and business growth. The role requires a strategic thinker who can align client needs with company offerings ensuring mutual success. **Responsibilities** + Manage and nurture relationships with key global clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. + Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive business growth and achieve sales targets. + Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with company offerings and deliver tailored solutions. + Analyze client data and market trends to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. + Provide regular updates and reports on account performance and progress to senior management. + Facilitate effective communication between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. + Conduct regular client meetings to review performance address concerns and explore new opportunities. + Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all client interactions. + Utilize CRM-Sales tools to track client interactions and maintain accurate records. + Lead contract negotiations and renewals to secure favorable terms for both parties. + Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client industries and competitive landscapes. + Provide insights and recommendations to enhance client strategies and drive business outcomes. + Support the development of marketing and sales materials to effectively communicate value propositions. **Qualifications** + Possess a minimum of 12 years of experience in account management with a focus on CRM-Sales. + Demonstrate strong analytical skills to interpret client data and market trends effectively. + Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships. + Show proficiency in CRM-Sales tools and software to manage client interactions efficiently. + Have a strategic mindset to develop and implement effective account plans. + Display the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model. + Maintain a proactive approach to identifying and addressing client needs. **Certifications Required** Certified CRM Professional Sales Management Certification Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer.
