The Global Account Management Project Coordinator is responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks relating to projects and the overall Account Management program. This role will also support the day-to-day operations for Account Managers in the branches and will act as a point of reference for individuals in these roles.
The Global Account Management Program Coordinator will report directly to the Global Account Management Project Manager. This position will collaborate closely with Sales and Account Management personnel, Marketing, Account Management Leadership, and other internal stakeholders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & JOB EXPECTATIONS
These are the minimum results expected from a successful Global Account Management Project Coordinator:
Support Project Manager in strategic initiatives such as identifying process improvements, implementing technology solutions, and streamlining efficienciesHelp with project and team meetings by assisting with note-taking, facilitation, organization, and tracking of next stepsHelp to compile project status reports as neededUpdate and maintain Account Management SharePoint sitesMaintain distribution lists for the programAssist Systems Support team in supporting Account Managers across the network on CRM-related activitiesCommunicate with Account Management and other related business stakeholdersAssist with day-to-day operations of the Account Management program and any related ad hoc tasksCoordinate onsite customer meetingsQualificationsIndividual should have strong customer service and communication skillsProject / time management oriented skillset & aptitudeIndustry / company experience across functional areas including: Account Management, Sales, Product, and Service4-year college degree or equivalent work experience, with a Degree in Business Finance / Administration / Communications preferableMust be curious, a creative problem solver, highly organized and detail-orientedAbility to remain agile and flex quickly in an ever-changing environmentProven strategic, analytical & creative thinking skillsComfortable dealing with senior executives and cross-functional partnersStrong analytical, communication, and leadership skillsFamiliarity with third party business registry services (ie.
