Overview You will be part of the exclusive team for one of the most important clients of the group both in Spain and worldwide. Reporting to the Account Manager & Director, you will have the primary day-to-day responsibility and is expected to be unquestionably familiar with all account details as they pertain to media. Responsibilities Global strategy and guideline governance: fully coordinate and liaise with local teams for campaigns reporting and adherence to guidelines. Conduct regular Global reporting by extracting learnings and providing recommendations based on media results (according to the different KPIs of the campaign). Assist in developing global media strategy and guidelines that include channel recommendations, audience segmentation & global learnings. Conduct competitive research onto the category to remain up to date and present insights to the clients. Maintain campaign trackers, budget sheets, and status updates. Develop and execute various planning scenarios based on media objectives and strategies. Work with other members of the media team in daily media responsibilities. Utilize appropriate planning tools to achieve optimum performance for media campaigns; maintain knowledge of new and emerging technologies to continually enhance campaign execution. Maintain and grow relationships with media advertising representatives. Maintain high level of work quality. Manage the scheduling, posting, and tracking of advertising and compile weekly performance reports, as necessary. Qualifications Advanced level of English (C1) 1/2 years’ experience in online and traditional media planning experience in an agency setting Bachelor’s Degree in advertising, marketing or related program. Excellent presentation, negotiation, verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills. A complete knowledge of interactive & Offline marketing concepts and practices.
