Join Our Team as a Glass Wash Technician – Lab Support Role

Are you looking for a hands-on job where your work truly matters? We are hiring a Glass Wash Technician to support vital scientific research in a modern lab environment. No degree is needed—just a strong work ethic and a commitment to cleanliness and order.

This is a full-time, permanent position based on-site at our customer’s facility in Mölndal, Gothenburg.

About the Role

As a Glass Wash Technician, you’ll play an important part in keeping our laboratories running smoothly. You’ll be responsible for cleaning and delivering glassware and supplies, operating lab support equipment, and making sure the workspace is clean, safe, and well-organized.

This role is perfect for someone with experience in support roles such as hotel housekeeping, hospital cleaning, or similar environments.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday

Start time: between 06:00 and 09:00

Finish time: between 15:00 and 18:00

What We’re Looking For

Physically fit and ready for hands-on work (walking, standing, lifting)

Attention to cleanliness, order, and safety

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset

Fluent in both Swedish and English (spoken and written)

Comfortable using computers and basic software like Microsoft Office

Knowledge of GMP routines is a plus, but not required

Key Responsibilities

Clean and deliver lab glassware and supplies

Operate cleaning equipment and lab support tools

Prepare and autoclave sterile materials and water

Support lab logistics and help improve routines

Follow health and safety rules at all times

Communicate clearly with team members and lab staff
