+ GL & Financial Reporting Senior Analyst
+ About the Role:
The GL & Financial Reporting Senior Analyst is a key role focused on supporting the UK market, working in tandem with the UK Controllership Team. The position entails the preparation of Balance Sheet Reconciliations as the main scope, performing Flux analysis, and engaging in ICO month-end close activities. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in financial reporting, keen analytical skills, and a collaborative spirit, aiming to contribute significantly to the financial accuracy and reporting excellence of our operations in the UK.
**What You’ll Do:**
+ Balance Sheet reconciliations
+ Allocations of costs
+ Fixed Assets Maintenance
+ Review and preparation of General Ledger journals
+ Follow up on unreconciled transactions
+ Month end close activities: account reconciliation, reporting
+ Flux reconciliations
+ Intercompany scope task (month end close, payments, daily monitoring of general mailbox)
+ Preparation of complete, accurate and timely financial reports in line with corporate and statutory reporting and audit requirements
+ Comply with all statutory and corporate business reporting deadlines
+ Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders
+ Documenting processes and procedures; preparation of internal accounting / reporting procedures, manuals and instructions
+ Continuous improvement of corporate accounting processes, suggesting new solutions and accounting / reporting enhancements
+ Supporting team in other accounting activities
**What You’ll Need:**
+ 3 – 5 years’ experience in Finance/Accounting (GL)
+ University degree in finance / accounting
+ English level at least B1 (spoken and written)
+ General accounting knowledge
+ Good working knowledge of Excel
+ Experience with ERP system (People Soft being and advantage)
+ Detail-orientated, accurate, able to work as part of a team
+ Proactive approach and active search for solutions and improvement possibilities
