We are excited to invite applications for the position of GL Accountant in team covering North America region at our Warsaw Shared Service Center. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment with a full-time, permanent employment contract.
Key Responsibilities
Manage GL activities such as posting accruals, prepayments and more.Ensure all month-end closing activities are completed accurately and on time.Collaborate effectively with various teams including Payroll, Accounts Payable, Cash Application, Credit Control.Conduct monthly balance sheet reconciliations and take ownership of all GL accounts (including Intercompany accounts), ensuring outstanding items are resolved with other teams.Analyze variances and fluctuations in the Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet.About You
You bring at least 2 years of experience in GL or another Accounting Department.You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.You hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.You have working knowledge of ERP systems, with SAP as a plus.An ACCA certificate is an advantage.You are well-versed in modern accounting practices.You excel in using Excel and have strong analytical skills.You communicate clearly and effectively.You thrive in a fast-paced environment, adept at multitasking and meeting deadlines.You are self-reliant, proactive, and highly motivated.What We Offer:
