Key Responsibilities: + Collaborate with Division Presidents, VP of Accounting, and the Financial Controller to drive business success. + Perform month-end and year-end close processes with precision. + Prepare journal entries, including cash receipts, inter-company transfers, and payroll. + Reconcile balance sheet accounts and bank statements while reporting discrepancies. + Process and reconcile expense reports seamlessly. + Compile and analyze financial information, ensuring accurate revenue and expense tracking. + Support crucial audits by prepping documents and maintaining robust internal controls. + Make an impact by recommending process improvements and implementing best practices.
