-Bachelor’s degree above major in Finance and accounting. Professional certification as a plus.
-5+ years of accounting experience and manufacturing plant experience, aerospace or mechanical industry preferred.
-Familiar with both China and USGAAP standards
-Integrity, detailed orientated, hands-on
-Willing to drive continuous improvement on process, willing to drive and execute major change initiatives.
-Good business partnering and teamwork skills
-Good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
-Fluent English
-Proficient in ERP system and Microsoft office

1. GL
-Implement and maintain accounting policies and procedures in accordance with USGAAP and PRC statutory requirements.
-Lead monthly closing and reporting and account reconciliation
-Annual STAT audit reporting
-High tech ledger maintenance and reporting
-Prepare/review reports required by government
2. Cost & Inventory
-Understand operation and costing process in ERP
-Manage standard costing, monitor and analyze variance
-Ensure proper inventory control
-Lead physical inventory 
3.Internal Control
-Maintain proper internal control and perform self-assessment test in the responsible areas
4.Taxation
-With supporting from tax consulting firm, manage tax filing to ensure timeliness and compliance
