The Position:
Responsible for providing superior guest service both internally and externally. Assists (guests) with merchandise selection, performs and records retail transactions, and assists with receiving, pricing, display, merchandising, and inventory of Gift Gallery stock. Maintains a professional and welcoming environment that will establish guest loyalty and increase revenue for the Gift Gallery and Resort as a whole. Duties include but are not limited to:
Greets all guests with enthusiasm and a smile, welcomes them to the Gift Gallery, offers help, and assists with special requests.Supports Seven Feathers’ Mission, “Deliver an Unforgettable Guest Experience”Connects with guests by asking open-ended questions to assess guest needs and offering appropriate suggestions.Assists guests by providing solutions that best meet or exceed their needs.
