As our B2C Gift Card Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in managing the end to end operations and commercial performance of both our own brand and 3rd party gift card programmes across in store and online channels.

In this role, you’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners. We’re looking for a pro-active and detail-oriented individual with strong commercial skills.

Key Responsibilities:Ensure all gift card products are set up correctly across all retail and online channelsLiaise with 3rd party merchandisers to maintain excellent availability across all productsMonitor and analyse weekly sales across all platformsTrack any promotional activitySupport the forecasting processWork on all elements of the Asda gift card programme including card design, stock management and product developmentBe the lead for asdagiftcards.comWhat You’ll Bring:Experience in a commercial or operational retail environmentStrong analytical and excel skills with the ability to interpret data and derive insightsStrong attention to detailEffective communication skillsExperience of working in the gift card industry would be an advantage but not essentialEverything you'll love

To ensure we balance moments where we know we need to collaborate together and the need for flexibility, Asda has a hybrid way of working with a minimum 3 days a week in one of our Home Offices.Over and above this, each area of Asda may have additional requirements which may require spending more days in the office, visiting suppliers, stores or depots.
