**Job Summary**
As the Gift and Records Coordinator, you will work with a variety of schools, colleges and units across the development community and donors, alumni and friends of the University. You will:
+ Update a variety of information on the customer relationship management application (DART) for alumni, donors, and friends of the University and process gifts and pledges.
+ Create records and update biographical and degree information received through different sources including receipt of gifts and requests through U-M development community partners.
+ Provide excellent customer service by responding to the gift helpline, emails and online ticketing system to meet the department's service level achievement.
**Note: Mandatory overtime of 10-20 hours per week during the calendar year-end November through January, including the holiday period, and fiscal year-end in June.**

**Required Qualifications***
+ Bachelor's degree or 4 or more years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree.
+ Experience in data entry with minimal error rate.
+ Experience using advanced business software and computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Constituent Relationship Management tools and others.
+ Experience providing exceptional customer service.
+ Available to work overtime hours.
**Modes of Work**
**This position is based in Ann Arbor, MI and is eligible for Onsite and Hybrid work modes.**
Positions that are eligible for hybrid or mobile/remote work mode are at the discretion of the hiring department. Work agreements are reviewed annually at a minimum and are subject to change at any time, and for any reason, throughout the course of employment.
