German Speaking Service Administration Specialist

   

 

You will strengthen the Service Management team and be responsible for handling commercial processes for our customers. Working in a dynamic team, you will act as the right hand of the Service Manager. In addition to continuously optimizing existing processes, you will play an active role in designing and implementing new business processes.

 

General responsibilities:

Manage project and operational accounting, including complaint handling.

Contribute to controlling and reporting tasks.

Perform various administrative duties, such as:

Mailbox and ticket system processing

Order number and invoice administration

Creating purchase requisitions and verifying invoices

Document business processes accurately and consistently.

Support the administrative onboarding of new services.

Assist the Service Manager in service level management and change management initiatives.

 

Job requirements:

University degree (or ongoing studies) in a technical or business-related field (e.g., Business Informatics, Engineering, Business Administration).

Initial professional experience in an IT-related environment (internships included).

Strong communication and teamwork skills, flexibility, and customer focus.

Affinity for numbers, commercial topics, and reporting.

Independent, analytical, and structured working style.

MS Excel skills; experience with SAP is a plus.

Resilient and effective under pressure in fast-paced environments.

Fluent command of German and English: Required for communication across our international locations and customers from Germany.

Monthly gross salary from 1600 to 2200 EUR, depending on your level of expertise.
