German-Speaking Account Manager – SaaS / ConTech

Location: UK (Remote, occasional London meet-ups) / DACH considered

Salary: £70,000-£80,000 base + Double OTE + Benefits

This is an opportunity to join a global SaaS leader in the construction technology space, working with major AEC clients across DACH, France, and the UK.

You’ll be selling a proven suite of solutions that are transforming how projects are delivered, collaborating with stakeholders across architecture, engineering, and construction.

The Role Manage and grow a portfolio of existing enterprise accounts. Drive new business acquisition (~40%) alongside renewals and expansions (~60%). Run the full sales cycle – prospecting, demos, negotiation, and close. Build relationships with senior stakeholders across architecture, engineering, and construction. Work remotely with occasional London meet-ups for team collaboration. The Company A global SaaS provider leading the way in construction technology. You Fluent in German (essential); French is a bonus. 2+ years in SaaS sales (Account Management or AE) – ConTech/AEC experience highly desirable. A natural hunter with a track record of exceeding sales targets. Confident managing a hybrid role of new business and account growth.
