WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
✔️ Native or bilingual German speaker
✔️ Advanced English (B2–C1 level)
✔️ Stable internet connection (equipment provided by us!)
✔️ Customer service experience is a plus (but not required!)
✔️ Ability to understand user needs and provide tailored support
✔️ A team-player attitude, positivity, and a passion for delivering excellence
WHAT WE OFFER YOU
- 100% Work-from-home position

- Online paid training included in your contract
- Refer-a-friend bonus: €500 (same campaign)
- Schedule: 39 hours/week (Mon–Sun rotation, alt. weekends), between 9 AM – 8 PM
