?? Assignment Details

Start Date: Targeting August 25, 2025 Duration: 3 months (with potential extension) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM or 8AM–4:30PM Setting: PACE Health Clinic & Day Center Patient Volume: 2–8 participants/day EMR: PACE Care Online Support Staff: CMA and nurses provided Call: Every third week, triaged by RN

? Candidate Requirements

NP: FNP, AGNP, or ACAGNP Board Certified via ANCC or AANP Active NJ license DEA & CDS required ACLS & BLS 3–5 years RN experience preferred 1–2 years with elderly population ideal
