What the day will look like Ensure that standards and processes are being followed; Verify and validate the quality of deliveries; Ensure that quality controls are working; Daily interaction with LATAM teams to validate processes. Skills and experience that will lead to success + Engineering, Business Administration, or Economics degree or equivalent experience required. + Experience in team management and project leadership (desirable). Experience in the insurance or financial market. + English and/or Spanish. + Solid knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. + Experience in the use of risk management tools and techniques, such as SWOT analysis, risk map, heat map, probability and impact matrix, FMEA, risk response plan, etc. + Risk management/compliance: experience in identifying and mitigating risks associated with non-compliance with regulations. + Experience in planning, handling and executing projects related to Risk and/or Compliance. + Knowledge of COSO, Internal Controls, Risk Assessment, process maturity level assessment and Compliance.
