Your ‘day to day’

Lead and maximize the presence, growth, and performance of PMI brands across third-party e-retail platforms. Manage strategic relationships, optimize product cataloging, activate differentiated digital assets, and leverage third-party databases to drive awareness, meaningfulness, and conversion. Ensure integration of e-retail strategies with omnichannel initiatives and foster innovation with key partners.

Principal accountabilitiesMaintain and strengthen relationships with key e-retailers, ensuring advantageous conditions and preferential visibility for PMI brands.Negotiate premium placement opportunities, co-branded campaigns, and exclusive benefits with digital partners.Manage and optimize product cataloging, ensuring differentiation in assets and descriptions beyond minimum requirements.Plan, activate, and optimize digital media campaigns within e-retailer platforms (push notifications, in-banner ads, dynamic promotions).Analyze and segment third-party databases to develop personalized journeys and activate campaigns based on intelligent audiences and differentiated messaging.Integrate third-party data into PMI's ecosystem, such as the DMP/CDP to enrich owned audiences and increase campaign effectiveness.Connect e-retailer initiatives with physical retail and other digital channels to ensure synergy and message consistency.Identify and implement innovative formats, technologies, and partnership models in the digital commerce space.

 

Who we’re looking forCollege / University degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or related fields.5+ years in leading e-commerce, e-retail, or key account management for digital platforms.Proven track record in digital partnership management, performance marketing, and audience segmentation.Strong experience in data analysis, integration of third-party databases, and use of DMP/CDP platforms.Experience in negotiation, co-branded campaigns, and driving omnichannel strategies.Advanced English proficiency.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.Knowledge of BI tools (Excel, PowerBI) and digital ad platforms.Understanding of emerging e-retail trends, innovative technologies, and omnichannel commerce integration.

 

KPIsGrowth in sales and market share in key e-retailers.Increase in awareness and meaningfulness in target audiences.ROI of digital campaigns within third-party platforms.Engagement and conversion levels from third-party database campaigns.Expansion of exclusive agreements and benefits with e-retailers.
