Job SummaryResponsible for the comprehensive strategy, positioning, and performance of the Espadiva brand. Manages the full product lifecycle, leads cross-functional execution, and oversees budget planning and return on investment.
Job Responsibilities Design, implement, and monitor the brand marketing strategy and annual plan for Espadiva. Continuously analyze market dynamics, competitor activities, and consumer trends. Define and execute product positioning, value proposition, and brand messaging. Lead product launches or relaunches, including campaign design and go-to-market tools. Collaborate with agencies (creative, media, PR) to deliver integrated campaigns. Monitor brand KPIs such as market share, sales growth, and campaign ROI. Ensure brand consistency across pharmacy, digital, and retail channels. Manage and optimize brand budget, ensuring effective resource allocation. Work closely with Sales, Regulatory, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams. Job Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written). Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; results-driven and collaborative mindset. Strong skills in data analysis, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong background in budget management, agency leadership, and omnichannel campaigns. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in brand management within pharma or OTC industries.
