YOUR ROLE

As a Maintenance Manager on our team, you’ll be responsible for the Administration of Human Resources, Materials, and Equipment, as well as compliance with the QVC

In your daily job, you will:

Support the achievement of QVC objectivesSupport CAL improvements (PRRs, FTQs, CAL cost, spills, system failures)Implementation and maintenance of DBS and ISO 14000 in their areaDevelopment of cost reduction and continuous improvement projectsSupport and implementation of lean manufacturing concepts (LEAN, O.S.)Meet staff education and training objectivesComply with the cost model (Associated Cost Drivers)Ensure that SAA requirements are established, implemented, and maintainedReport and review SAA performance with managementSupport value chainsContribute to the establishment and achievement of objectives and goalsInnovation and continuous improvementCompliance with the PPN program for their staff       

YOUR BACKGROUND

Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:

Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, industrial engineering, or related.+3 years of experience as a Manager/Supervisor in MaintenanceExperience in automotive cable cutting (mandatory)Proficiency in English levelExcellent Communication skills   Leadership (Able to lead and drive change)
