Make an Impact – Engage in community involvement and volunteer initiatives while growing your career. **Responsibilities** + Perform geotechnical engineering evaluations and analysis, including deep foundations, slope stability, and settlement assessments. + Operate independently on routine assignments while managing small teams. + Travel to various job sites in a company-provided vehicle to oversee fieldwork. + Provide guidance and oversight to staff professionals for the collection of field data. + Mentor and develop junior geotechnical staff to enhance team expertise. + Review and interpret field samples for geotechnical analysis and reporting. + Schedule and manage subcontractors to ensure efficient project execution. + Develop and manage client projects, ensuring strong relationships and high-quality service. + Create and update project proposals and reports to maintain project accuracy and scope. + Review, update, and approve invoices weekly for ongoing projects. + Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring financial efficiency. + Perform other duties as assigned to support geotechnical operations. **Qualifications** + **Education:** Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or Geological Engineering (required); Master’s in Civil Engineering (preferred). + **Licensure:** Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the State of Arkansas.
