Leidos National Security Sector (NSS) is seeking a highly experienced and skilled mission-driven Geospatial Intelligence Analyst to support APOLLO/OPIAS in Tampa, FL. The Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) Analyst provides advanced imagery and spatial analysis in support of joint operations, Operations in the Information Environment (OIE) and multi-domain targeting. This position supports operational decision-making by identifying and visualizing terrain, infrastructure, adversary activity, and temporal patterns relevant to both kinetic and non-kinetic effects. The analyst also integrates Collateral Telemetry Data (CTD) to enhance geolocation accuracy, imagery exploitation, and mission assessment. This position is on a future contract pending award announcement.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and exploit geospatial and imagery data (EO, IR, SAR, FMV) to support OIE planning, targeting, and campaign assessments.Produce GEOINT products including terrain analysis, route assessments, target graphics, battle damage assessments (BDA), change detection, and activity overlays.Use Collateral Telemetry Data (CTD) to enhance target validation, refine geolocation, and support forensic and time-sensitive analysis.Fuse GEOINT with OSINT, WebOps, and PAI (e.g., social media posts, visual media, crowd-sourced location data) to support influence targeting and situational awareness.Provide spatial inputs to MISO, MILDEC, Cyber, and Public Affairs teams for influence messaging, visual product development, and infrastructure relevance.Collaborate with J2, J3, J39, Joint Targeting Cells, and ISR planners to synchronize geospatial data with campaign objectives, collection strategies, and Information Forces and capabilities effects.Conduct ongoing area monitoring and environmental pattern analysis across national, tactical, and commercial imagery sources.Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Geospatial Science, Intelligence, Remote Sensing, Geography, or a related field5+ years of experience in GEOINT analysis supporting military operations, targeting, OIE, or ISRProficiency in:ArcGIS or QGIS for spatial analysis and visualizationRemoteView, SOCET GXP, or similar softcopy exploitation toolsNGA platforms such as GVS, GIMS, Janus, and CTD processing systemsExperience working with national, theater, and commercial imagery sources (e.g., Maxar, Planet, CAPELLA, NGA)Active TS/SCI security clearancePreferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Geospatial Intelligence, Remote Sensing, Data Analytics, Regional Studies, or a related field, with demonstrated experience supporting military or joint operationsGraduate of a recognized service GEOINT training pipeline (e.g., NGA GEOINT Analysis Course, Army 35G, USAF 1N1X1, USMC 0241)Experience supporting a J39, J2, or Joint Targeting Cell at a Combatant Command, JTF, or SOF elementExperience fusing GEOINT with open-source location activity, visual media, or social media behavior for targeting or influence operationsDemonstrated ability to integrate GEOINT with MISO, MILDEC, Cyber, and Public Affairs planning effortsProficiency in using CTD for high-confidence geolocation, forensic analysis, and ISR validationFamiliarity with Measures of Performance (MOPs), Measures of Effectiveness (MOEs), and their application in geospatial and influence assessmentsCome break things (in a good way). Pay Range:Pay Range $72,150.00 - $130,425.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
