Geospatial Information Services (GIS) Data Analyst, Senior. This position is in support of the USAREUR-AF Mission Partner G26, located in Wiesbaden, Germany. This position is located OCONUS.
Responsibilities:
Possesses and applies comprehensive knowledge and experience regarding data analytics, quality, presentation, and dissemination with a specialty in geospatial data
Possesses and applies experience to obtain geospatial data cleared to be loaded on designated systems (e.g., raster maps, imagery, elevation, vector, associated metadata)
Ensures validated data sources are available for exploitation and analysis and maintains a GIS-enabled log to track what data is available
Manages large datasets within relational databases and performs object-based production
Reviews intelligence feeds and data sources to identify any redundancy or knowledge gaps and satisfy Priority Intelligence Requirements
Provides discovery, sharing, and delivery services for geospatial content
Adds and configures web maps, interfaces, and service endpoints to ensure effective analysis and visualization of geospatial data
Provides mechanisms to characterize, shape, and normalize data to enable feeds to coalition networks and other security domains
Configures and troubleshoots COP and CIP data feeds
Applies advanced application programming concepts in designing, developing, modifying, debugging, and evaluating highly complex capabilities
Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high-impact assignments
Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments
May supervise others
Qualifications:
Required:
Currently hold an adjudicated Top Secret Clearance with SCI and have the ability to maintain
BA/BS +8-12 years recent experience
Certification – 8140 - GCLD or GSEC or CSSLP
Demonstrates mastery of geospatial data analytics, quality assurance, and dissemination techniques, preferably on military and intelligence applications.
Possesses comprehensive knowledge of GIS-enabled systems, relational databases, and object-based production methods for managing large geospatial datasets.
Exhibits advanced expertise in configuring web maps, interfaces, and service endpoints to enable effective analysis and visualization of complex geospatial information.
Showcases proficiency in programming, troubleshooting, and developing highly complex GIS capabilities across multiple project assignments.
Excels at reviewing and integrating diverse intelligence feeds and data sources to satisfy Priority Intelligence Requirements and identify knowledge gaps.
Applies strategic thinking to configure data feeds for Common Operating Pictures (COP) and characterize data for coalition networks across various security domains.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
