**Genesys Cloud** **Responsibilities** + Develop and maintain VoIP solutions to enhance communication systems. + Implement and support UCS infrastructure to ensure seamless operations. + Integrate and manage Genesys Voice Portal for improved customer interactions. + Utilize Genesys Voice Call Back to optimize call handling and customer satisfaction. + Configure and troubleshoot SIP protocols for efficient voice communication. + Write and maintain code in C++ and C to support various applications. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new products. + Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to standards. + Provide technical support and troubleshooting for VoIP and UCS systems. + Develop documentation for system configurations and procedures. + Participate in the full software development lifecycle from concept to deployment. + Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices. + Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in VoIP and UCS. **Qualifications** + Possess a strong understanding of VoIP technologies and protocols. + Have extensive experience with UCS and its components. + Demonstrate proficiency in Genesys Voice Portal and Genesys Voice Call Back. + Show expertise in SIP configuration and troubleshooting. + Exhibit strong programming skills in C++ and C. + Have a background in New Product Development within the tech domain. + Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model. + Display excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. + Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders. + Be detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks. + Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development. + Have a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. + Be able to work independently and as part of a team. **The annual salary for this position is between $65 - 110k depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.** This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
