The Enterprise Analytic Services organization is looking for an engineering lead for Generative AI (GenAI) platforms. The engineering lead is a senior management level position responsible for accomplishing results through the management of a team or department in an effort to drive a variety of engineering activities including the design, acquisition and deployment of hardware, software and network infrastructure in coordination with the Technology team. **Responsibilities:** + Design and deliver Generative AI (GenAI) services as turn-key offerings to support Citi lines of businesses. + Lead the design of hybrid cloud architecture patterns, product evaluations, and enablement efforts to build solutions using IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS capabilities. + Lead the product strategy and roadmap for the GenAI platform services. + Partner with senior stakeholders and executive sponsors to build and prioritize the book of work for the service. + Collaborate with vendors and solutions providers to influence product roadmaps in alignment with Citi's business priorities. **Qualifications:** + Subject matter expertise of private and public cloud technologies, architectures, network designs, etc., along with working experience of one of the major public cloud service providers – AWS, GCP, or Azure. GCP experience preferred. + Practical experience developing, and launching GenAI services on GCP, AWS or Azure for production use in a large-scale enterprise. + Proven experience and understanding of working with AI & ML technologies. + Deep understanding of platform architecture, high availability, fail-over, disaster recovery planning, and implementation considerations based on service level agreements. + Development experience with one of the major programming or scripting languages Java, Python, Ruby, etc. + Working knowledge of container technologies, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and CI/CD. + Excellent communication skills to present and get buy-in on strategic initiatives from senior stakeholders and partners. + Experience managing vendor resources and aligning book of work with business objectives.  + Self-starter able to work with minimal supervision and in a global team of members with diverse skills and backgrounds. + 10+ of relevant experience in an Engineering role + Experience working in Financial Services or a large complex and/or global environment + Project Management experience + Comprehensive knowledge of design metrics, benchmarking activities and related reporting to identify best practices + Ability to work independently, multi-task, and take ownership of various parts of a project or initiative + Ability to work under pressure and manage to tight deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements + Proven track record of operational process change and improvement **Education:** + Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience + Master’s degree preferred **We offer:** By joining Citi London, you will not only be part of a business casual workplace with a hybrid working model (up to 2 days working at home per week), but also receive a competitive base salary (which is annually reviewed), and enjoy a whole host of additional benefits such as: + 27 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) + A discretional annual performance related bonus + Private Medical Care & Life Insurance + Employee Assistance Program + Pension Plan + Paid Parental Leave + Special discounts for employees, family, and friends + Access to an array of learning and development resources Visit our Global Benefits page to learn more.
