Generative AI Engineer – Chatbots & Knowledge Graphs
**CTG is seeking to fill a Generative AI Engineer opening for our client in New York, NY.** **Location:** New York, NY **Duration:** 6 months **Duties:** + Design, develop, and test Generative AI applications for commercial use cases. + Implement and evaluate Generative AI models, including prompt engineering and fine-tuning. + Conduct thorough testing and validation of Gen AI applications to ensure performance, reliability, and ethical compliance. + Lead model governance processes, including reviews, documentation, and risk assessment. + Build and deploy chatbots using advanced LLM frameworks integrated into enterprise systems. + Define and design schema graphs and apply them to Knowledge Graph and Graph RAG implementations. + Utilize Datastax and Cassandra to manage and query large-scale graph data. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing products and services. **Skills:** + Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies and frameworks. + Expertise in knowledge graph design, Graph RAG architecture, and schema definition. + Deep understanding of chatbot development for enterprise/commercial applications. + Proficient in using Datastax and Apache Cassandra for graph and vector database operations. + Familiarity with model governance best practices and testing methodologies. + Strong programming skills (Python preferred) and familiarity with AI/ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, or similar. **Experience:** + Minimum 5 years of experience in AI/ML development, including at least 2 years in Generative AI. + Proven experience in building and testing Gen AI apps and chatbots in commercial environments. + Demonstrated ability to implement and manage knowledge graphs and Graph RAG architectures. + Previous experience working with Datastax and Cassandra is **required** . **Education:** + Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
