Betreuung und Beratung von Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräften in allen personalrelevanten ThemenEigenständige Abwicklung der operativen Personalprozesse – vom Eintritt bis zum AustrittErstellung von Arbeitsverträgen, Zeugnissen und BescheinigungenUnterstützung beim Recruiting: Erstellung von Stellenanzeigen, Bewerbermanagement, Führen von InterviewsBeschaffung von Aushilfen/FerienkräftenMitwirkung bei HR-Projekten wie z. B. Employer Branding, Digitalisierung oder Weiterentwicklung von HR-ProzessenPflege und Weiterentwicklung unseres HR-Management-Systems (Workday)Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung

Dein Profil

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium mit Schwerpunkt Personalwesen oder vergleichbare QualifikationMehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Personalbereich, idealerweise als HR-GeneralistFundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht sowie in HR-ProzessenSicherer Umgang mit MS Office und idealerweise mit einem HR-System (z. B. Workday, SAP)Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Organisationsgeschick und DiskretionKommunikationsstärke, Teamgeist und eine serviceorientierte ArbeitsweiseEnglischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
