This facility operates five days a week and produces Bacon and Bacon Toppings. 

 

The starting pay for this position is $20.90/hr.  

 

POSITION SUMMARY: 

The outlined responsibility is to properly sort, organize, and palletize finished product cases from a continuous feed conveyor of product to a predetermined set of guidelines that maximize product storage and transportation that effectively satisfies customer expectations and standards of quality. Other potential tasks may be assigned by the supervisor as necessary to meet general warehousing guidelines. Fast paced work environment requires repetitive movements and lifting.  Work in an environment that is cold and damp with temps ranging between 25 to 35 degrees. This facility may run 5 to 6 days a week, with an occasional 7-day week. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:  

Tasks may be labeling, and organizing of goods, pallets, and associated spaces/areas.  

Clean up excess waste on the floors 

Other potential tasks may be assigned by the supervisor as necessary to meet general warehousing guidelines 

Perform general housekeeping duties in the department 

Comply with all safety, food safety, GMP and SQF Requirements 

Must perform all positions of rotation, if applicable. 

Fast paced work environment-requires repetitive movements and lifting 

Some positions require the use of hands and arms above shoulder level. 

 

Physical Requirements: The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.·         

 Must be able to reach high and low levels frequently 

Must be able to lift/push/pull/carry up to 75 pounds 

Steel Toe Boots are required 

Must be able to work in an environment that is cold and damp with temps ranging between 25   and 35 degrees. 

Positions require long periods of standing. At least 8 to 10 hours.
