General Store Retail Manager
**POSITION SUMMARY** **:** The Retail Store Manager oversees daily operations of their retail location, ensuring guests receive genuine Ozarks hospitality through managing sales, inventory, and associate engagement. **This is a salaried position that pays up to $55k a year DOE.** **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:** + Manages daily store operations: handling guest and associate questions, concerns, issues, and feedback. + People management- handles recruitment, training,schedulingand development of staff to achieve high performance standards + Financial/P&L management + Monitors and ensures high standard of store cleanliness, organization, and shopability + Ensure all items are tagged properly, record all markups or discounts and maintain necessary records to track shrinkage ensuring accurate inventory. + Partners with other departments and Retail Administration team to ensure a world class guest experience. + Perform other duties as assigned **EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:** + Minimum Degree Required: ​High School Diploma or Equivalent​ + Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred + Prior leadership experience required + 2+ years retail experience **KNOWLEDGE,** **SKILLS,** **AND ABILITY:** + **Customer service skills** - Ability to interact with others in an honest, fair, and respectful way, giving others confidence in one's intentions and those of the organization.
