General Services Support
**Propósito de la posición** Las principales misiones de la posición de General Services Support es dar soporte administrativo al Equipo comercial T&O Iberia, al nivel ventas y marketing pero también a los otros departamentos (Post Ventas, Business Care, ..etc.) **Principales tareas** + Interlocución y gestión de Servicios Generales (mantenimiento, limpieza, reprografía, correo, parking y seguridad). + Compra de suministros para el office + Organizar los eventos comerciales, reuniones, viajes y visitas. + Preparar salas, gestionar reservas, catering…etc. + Contacto con la agencia de eventos y de viajes. + Interlocución con soporte IT, Concur, Flota y agencia de viajes. + PRL: Actualización de la información para la coordinación empresarial: Dokify, ECI, etc. + Tareas administrativas. **Responsabilidades** + Garantizar la satisfacción de los clientes, visitantes y emplead@s + Aplicar las políticas y estrategias de la compañía + Trabajar en equipo + Ser pro-activ@ y aportar valor añadido. **Competencias y Habilidades** + Experiencia en departamento comercial + Proactividad, dinamismo, flexibilidad + Buenas dotes comunicativas y gran capacidad de organización + Profesional empático, educado y con grandes habilidades sociales + Trabajo en equipo + Alto conocimiento de herramientas informáticas, especialmente el paquete Office **Key Relationships** + **Interna:** Todos los departamentos + **Externa:** Clientes, visitantes, agencias y otros proveedores **Requisitos** Cualificaciones + Educación: Ciclo formativo de grado medio o Experiencia + Idiomas: Español + Inglés/Portugués deseable + IT: Excelente conocimiento de las herramientas IT (Office, Internet, …) Conocimiento & Experiencia: + Experiencia: Al menos 2-3 años de experiencia en departamento comercial o de recepción en una empresa multinacional **_We Don’t Just Build The World, We Build Innovative Technology Too._** Joining the Stanley Black & Decker team means working in an innovative, tech-driven and highly collaborative team environment supported by over 58,000 professionals in 60 countries across the globe.
