Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field—or equivalent professional experience10+ years of media sales experience, preferably in both broadcast and digital platformsProven leadership with a track record of driving performance in high-level sales rolesStrong strategic thinking, analytical, and decision-making skillsAbility to coach, mentor, and grow a motivated, high-performing teamExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in CRM systems, media sales tools (e.g., WideOrbit, Matrix), and Microsoft Office SuiteValid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
