**Job Title: General Production Worker**
**Job Description**
Join our team as a General Production Worker, where you will be responsible for setting up rolling mills, including calibration and cleaning, and operating equipment to roll various metal alloys into desired shapes and thicknesses. Your duties will include feeding raw materials into machines, handling finished products, and using tools such as micrometers and calipers for measurement. You will continuously monitor machine operation, identify and correct any issues, and make necessary adjustments to ensure consistent quality. Additionally, you will inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications, and perform basic preventative maintenance on machines, such as changing rolls and cleaning equipment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Set up and calibrate rolling mills.
+ Operate equipment to roll metal alloys into specific shapes and thicknesses.
+ Feed raw materials into machines and handle finished products.
+ Use micrometers and calipers for precise measurements.
+ Monitor machine operation and make necessary adjustments.
+ Inspect finished products to ensure quality and conformance.
+ Perform basic preventative maintenance on machines.

+ Mechanical Aptitude: Understanding of how machines work and troubleshooting issues.
+ Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy and quality in finished products.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Prior experience in machine operation or rolling is preferred.
+ Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate to heavy weights.
+ A high school diploma or GED is typically required.

**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Richburg, South Carolina.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
