**Job Title: General Production Worker** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as General Production Workers. In this role, you will be responsible for packing and inspecting bags as they come off production machines, stacking boxes on skids, and lifting up to 35 pounds. You will work in a clean and temperature-controlled environment, contributing to the efficient operation of our medical packaging production line. **Responsibilities** + Stand or sit at a workstation to monitor production. + Conduct visual inspections of bags coming off the machine. + Pack plastic bags into boxes, close, and tape boxes shut. + Stack boxes on a pallet, lifting up to 35 pounds. + Ensure accurate measurements using a ruler. **Essential Skills** + Ability to read and write English. + Proficiency in using a ruler and passing basic reading and ruler assessments. + Capability to stand on feet for extended periods. + Experience in lifting up to 35 pounds. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 6 months to a year of prior manufacturing experience. + Experience in machine operating. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy working in a clean, well-lit environment with temperature-controlled areas. The dress code includes long pants, hair nets, and no steel-toed shoes required. Enjoy a collaborative environment with 12 people on the night shift, where water is allowed at workstations, and you'll work alongside 1-2 other operators. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.50/hr.
