General Labor Position
Compensation:
$16.45 per hour
Additional $1.00 shift differential for 2nd shift
Position Overview: This role involves working in various departments within our meat processing facility. Candidates will be considered for general labor positions, which require physical activities such as standing, walking, bending, squatting, stretching, climbing, pushing, pulling, and reaching. The job may involve lifting up to 40 lbs. or more, depending on the area, and standing for 8-10 hours on hard floors. Repetitive motions are common in many areas. Work environments can be cold, damp, hot, or humid, with slippery walking surfaces.
The successful candidate must be willing and able to meet the physical demands of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
