Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a General Production Associate - Entry Level to join their team. As a General Production Associate, you will be part of the production department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and a willingness to learn which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: General Production Associate - Entry Level

Location: Lavonia, GA

Pay Range: $20.20 per hour

Shift: Third

What's the Job?

Operate assigned machinery and equipment safely and productively according to operational standards and supervisor instructions. Handle the loading and unloading of raw goods and finished products as required. Conduct visual inspections of products to ensure quality standards are met. Maintain housekeeping and perform general maintenance functions within the work area. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

No prior experience required; we welcome entry-level candidates. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment. Strong commitment to safety and quality standards. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks as directed by supervisors. Good physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor.
