Principal Accountabilities

Working in a harvest and fabrication environmentPerform specific and precise functions on the production floorWork may include specific slaughtering tasks such as hide removal and eviscerating carcasses on a fast-paced moving chain or removing bone from meat, trimming fat and cutting it to particular specifications on a fast-paced moving conveyor beltsAll duties must be performed in a safe manner and wear all Personal Protective Equipment’s that are provided for the specific tasks

Required Qualifications

Must be currently legal to work in CanadaMust be 18 years or olderMust be comfortable with picking, sorting, labeling, bagging, boxing, and packing meat productsMust be able to push, pull and lift product weighing 20lbs – 60lbs with or without a reasonable accommodation
