We are seeking a General Laborers. As a General Production employee, you will be part of the production department supporting the assembly of high-quality doors. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to work collaboratively, and a commitment to safety which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: General Production

Location: Grand Prairie, TX

Pay Range: $17.25

Shift: Monday – Friday, with possible Saturdays depending on production needs (MANDATORY) Start time is 6am until finish.

What's the Job?

Operate small and large machines in the production of doors Work on the door assembly line building doors Inspect all products for quality assurance Prepare materials and handle them efficiently Stage and package finished products for delivery

What's Needed?

No prior experience required; willingness to learn is essential Ability to lift heavy items, up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks General knowledge of building materials is a plus Capability to perform simple math and use basic hand-held measuring tools Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment
