• Increase clinic revenue by optimizing services, upgrading therapy, side sales and increasing customer satisfaction
• Increase sector productivity with careful monitoring, team training and modification of processes
main tasks
1. Increase Increasing Money
• Identify new services (such as modern technologies, combining methods)
• Creating high -profile hybrid therapeutic packages (such as PRP + mesotherapy, etc.)
Participation in the design of consulting and complementary services (UPSELL)
• Collaboration with Marketing Team
Team Management
• Guiding and monitoring the performance of physicians, operators and treatment personnel
• Holding weekly sessions for KPI review (number of services, customer satisfaction, time returns) • Team training to better coordinate with sales consultants and maintain quality of service
3. Increase Customer Operation
• Reduce clients' waiting time by optimizing therapy planning
• Designing customer treatment pathway to increase Returnation (Retension)
• Tracking semi -finished or canceled treatment files and recovering lost customers
• Customer Journey's Customer Experience Monitoring and CRM improvement
