Description We are looking for a meticulous General Office Clerk to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Moreno Valley, California. This position is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and a customer-focused mindset. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth office operations while delivering exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities: • Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, e-filing, and data entry, to maintain accurate and organized records. • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues professionally and efficiently. • Draft and edit written correspondence and documentation with attention to detail and clarity. • Coordinate office activities and schedules to ensure seamless day-to-day operations. • Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members to support collaborative efforts. • Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals. • Assist in public administration duties, contributing to community-focused initiatives and activities. • Uphold office standards by ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment. • Support property management-related tasks, including communication with tenants and stakeholders. • Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements for greater efficiency. Requirements • At least 3 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably within a government or property management setting. • Proficiency in administrative tasks such as filing, e-filing, and data entry. • Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds. • Excellent writing skills for drafting clear and concise communications. • Organizational skills and attention to detail for managing multiple tasks effectively. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Familiarity with public administration or public affairs processes is a plus. • A positive, outgoing personality with a focused and detail-oriented demeanor.
