Responsibilities Interview, hire, train and orientate a team.Oversee and enforce proper standards and procedures.Maintain excellent customer satisfaction.Inventory counting and recording.Cash Management.Create schedules for their stores.Opening, closing, and additional administrative duties.Ensure proper food handing and preparation.We believe our people are our greatest asset and that through them, we create purpose and opportunity. Qualifications Minimum of 3-5 year experience as a Restaurant General Manager (fast food or quick casual, high-volume restaurants required)Have reliable transportation and can to/from work on timeAble to work approximately a 50-hour work week, rotating shifts that include days, night, weekends and holidaysCan commute up to 25-30 miles each way to/from work locationStrong leadership, communication and organizational skillsSelf-motivationThe independence, initiative and desire to achieveAn attitude of genuine passion for teamworkThe ability to provide our guests with a friendly atmosphere where they can relax and enjoy a great dining experienceEngages, connects and builds relationships with guests and staffHave the creative ability to work with the community and build sales18 years of age.Authorized to work in the USASweet Incentives
