This is a high-impact leadership role perfect for someone who thrives on strategic thinking, servant leadership, and operational excellence. 🔍 What You’ll Do: + Lead and coach cross-functional teams to drive performance, culture, and accountability. + Oversee daily operations, production, safety, biosecurity, and compliance. + Analyze operational data and key metrics to identify opportunities, optimize processes, and inform strategic business decisions. + Manage division growth, capital projects, and facility improvements. + Partner with Sales, HR, and the Executive team to align on long-term strategies. + Promote and uphold strict biosecurity and animal welfare standards. ✅ What We’re Looking For: + 8–10 years of leadership experience in agriculture, livestock, or production operations. + Proven track record in people leadership, operational improvement, and safety management. + Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data to drive business results. + Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills. + Must have a valid driver’s license and pass a background check. + Strong computer skills; experience with MS Office required. + No contact with backyard poultry or swine due to strict biosecurity.
