What You’ll Do:

 

As a Dunkin' Restaurant Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of the store, responsible for:

 

Leading and motivating a high-performing team to deliver exceptional guest experiencesManaging daily operations including inventory, scheduling, and cash handlingEnsuring compliance with food safety, sanitation, and brand standardsDriving sales and profitability through effective cost control and marketing initiativesRecruiting, training, and developing team members for growth and successCreating a positive, inclusive, and fun work environment

 

What We’re Looking For:

1–3 years of restaurant or retail management experience is preferred (QSR experience a plus!)Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsA hands-on, can-do attitude with a passion for customer serviceAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
